By default, iMeet Agenday dials in to your conferences through your phone’s mobile service. However, you also can connect to iMeet, GlobalMeet, and GlobalMeet Audio conferences through your iPhone’s wireless internet connection.

To connect to calls through your phone’s wireless internet connection, tap the Menu button at the top right of the Agenda list. Select Settings, then Call preferences. Select VoIP as the default connection method, then tap Done. This setting will always automatically connect you to calls through the Internet, but if you only wish to connect this way for certain calls, activate the Always ask slider before connecting. This setting allows you to choose the connection method any time you tap the green Call button.

You can also configure iMeet Agenday to call your phone (or any other number, such as your home landline or your desk phone), if you are using iMeet, GlobalMeet or GlobalMeet Audio.

To configure calls so that iMeet, GlobalMeet or GlobalMeet audio conferences call you, tap the Menu button at the top right of the Agenda list. Select Settings, then Call preferences. Select Call me as the default connection method, and enter the call number of choice (your device’s number, or any other number), then tap Done. This setting will always automatically call the specified number for each call, but if you only wish to connect this way for certain calls, select Always ask before connecting. This setting allows you to choose the connection method any time you tap the green Call button.

For conference services other than iMeet, GlobalMeet or GlobalMeet Audio, iMeet Agenday will dial in to the conference by default.
