It’s easy to add your conference services to iMeet Agenday – doing this allows you to send meeting invites with your dial-in info included right from the app, and you can also orchestrate meetings on the fly using Meet now.
To add your conference service to iMeet Agenday, tap the Menu button at the top right of the Agenda list. Select Settings, then Conference services. Tap the Add service button, then assign a Name to your conference service. If your conference service includes a web URL (such as an iMeet, GlobalMeet, or other internet address), add this in the optional second field. If your conference service includes a Dial-in number and/or passcodes, first add the dial-in number in the third input field. Then, add Host and Guest passcodes. You must enter either a Web conference URL, a dial-in number with or without passcodes, or both to successfully save your service. Tap Done to save your info. You may also tap on the green Verify buttons to check for correct connection and input accuracy.← Support
